Best mill bit for cutting Iron Red?

I need to cut a vanity undermount sink out of Iron Red and I'm looking to find out what the best mill bit to do this with.
Looking back, fifty years from now, don't you want to say you had the guts to get in the car!!

If you do not have a water jet, I would recommend a Dekton bit. Iron red is probably compared to super mans kryptonite!
