Well I pulled the trigger on a Zoller a few weeks ago. It has been a great addition. Tooling set up takes 10-15 min per set on any of the machines.
The cnc’s don’t run nearly as hard and the polish is superb regardless of tooling manufacturer ( we have Diamut, ADI, Nicolai and Tyrolit).
This is a D30 Diamut set up without a test pc. This would of taken about 1-2 hours per machine instead of 15 min.

Nice edge!
We are looking at the same machine.
Thanks for posting, it will be nice to keep high dollar people fabricating stone rather than messing with bits!

Les, I believe that is the granquartz version of the Zares machine. We bought the Zares last year and the results have been great. Definitely worth the money if you have enough machines and volume to justify the investment.

Attached is a flyer on the Zoller machine, This machine and the others like it are designed to make tool set-ups off line much faster and more accurate. Mainly for shops that have 2 or more CNC routers.

No sir! It just makes more sense with a faster ROI with multiple machine shops.
