Hi,
We have noticed a horrible stinky feet smell with our new granite. It only smells when the dishwasher has heated up the granite. Believe me when I say I have looked into everything about this.

Re: Granite stinks
Granite is a rock and not prone to producing smells like you're describing. Without a whole lot of information, my inclination would be to blame the dishwasher, not the granite.

Re: Granite stinks
DW's have a filter at the base of the basin. You may have to pull out the bottom slider. In a general homeowner maintenance, open this filter, wash it thoroughly with hot water 3x/year. Also check around the seals and gaskets, water tends to pond and mold over time. This should eliminate your dirty foot smell.
