Just a simple question:
what benefits would you reap from having a 5-axis saw+3axis cnc router in one machine?

The BravoCut system is composed of two heads: a 5-axis saw and a 3-axis CNC router. Each machine works independently with its own software. The integrated Xtouch software manages all the cutting processes of the 5-axis bridge saw: multiple linear cuts, perpendicular linear cuts, mitering, cut of kitchen/bath tops, calibration, decorative walls, shaping, inclined cuts, net, and clean cuts, roughing, scraping, fan-shaped stairs, and much more. In the case of the 3-axis machining center, the integrated Galaxy Stone software manages the fabrication processes of bath and kitchen tops with profiling, inlaid / relief / engraved lettering using all certified Windows fonts, bas-reliefs, frames, 3D floors, and so on.

Having a double spindle machine is more efficient in the workshop. It allows for equaling higher material yield, and there is less material handling. The Helios BravoCut allows fewer opportunities for breakage due to handling the material, moreover, you save footprint in the shop. In general, it speeds up the entire process. The saw does its processes with all kind of cuts and the router finishes everything. Finally, but not least, having all these capabilities in one machine is extraordinarily affordable in money.

I had no idea what this post was about bt reading the title, and when I saw it had no replies I assumed the BravoCut was some sort of haircut.....um....sort of like a Brazilian. Thread titles do make a difference on replies.
