Can't get blade tight on spindle

Hi Everyone,
does anyone know why these burs would appear where the blades fits. Originally the tech that installed the machine put grease in the spot I marked in the picture. I cleaned the grease off. Should there be grease in the spot where the blade needs to be tight?
now the blade won't fit tight anymore
Any help would be appreciated.

that looks like the blade wasn't tight enough while the machine was trying to cut, the blade bound up, and spindle kept spining, generating enough heat to create deposits like spot welds. It happened to me before, we had a machinist come and grind it off..

There is no washer, Do you guys think maybe the back plate moved back, because no matter how tight I try to tighten, there is still some play, wondering if the grease the install tech put under that back plate might have pushed it back. I don't know

Are you putting the brass nut on backwards? if we put ours on backwards it doesnt tighten the blade properly. Our saw is a Park model so not sure if you have a similar deal or not.

It got resolved but not sure how. The blade is tight and not binding up anymore. As for the picture, do you think there should be grease on that spot?

Was it grease or Anti-Sieze lubricant? I can see Anti-Sieze so the two metal surfaces don't weld themselves together making the blade harder to get free from the back plate.
Just to the left of the middle arrow there looks to be a little bit of scoring in the hub (solid smooth metal cylinder) right before it reaches the back plate where the back of the blade rests. Its pretty small, but could be close enough to keep the blade from seating uniformly against the back. You would not think something that little could cause an issue however it might be just enough to leave a hair of play even though you have tightened the nut down.
Glad you got it back on snug. Loose or slightly out of true blades on saws are scary potential hazards.
