I have a client that has concerns of stains. An antiqued finish was used for a test sample and red wine stained it. Will a polished surface be any better. What have you experienced with stains if any.

Re: Ceasarstone Buttermilk questions
If you try hard enough anything is going to stain. Antiquing this product isn't going to help. We have had to deal with stained quartz (and so called lifetime sealers on stone) but not specifically this color.
For day to day use I wouldn't worry about it.

Hey,
We have done a few jobs in that buttermilk polished and we haven't had any complaints yet, so i think that a day to day use should be fine i am doing an island in this as we speak. Hope it works out for you

Re: Ceasarstone Buttermilk questions
The buttermilk is fine polished and honed. I will say that you will have to be a little bit more careful with the honed as I noticed the other day that it accepts smuge marks easier.
Oh yeah you will still will have to send in the "honed customer warranty sheet" to Caesarstone.
