Mega workshop arrival, departure, hotel info

List your info here if you wish and phone numbers or pm them later.
Might help save some time and money for some to and from airport and such.
It appears the airport is approximately 30 miles from the convention center and Doubletree.
As I understand the MLK bridge is under heavy construction, so 30 miles could take a bit.
Maybe we can post a map of some alternate routes soon to help.

I fly in sometime around 9pm Wednesday. I need to get to the convention center via taxi or shuttle. If anyone wants to share the ride, my cell phone is in my signature.
I leave Sunday morning.

If not does anyone know what cab fare would be from the airport to the Doubletree?

Leave 2pm Sunday. I need/will share a ride sunday morning with someone.
Staying at doubletree.

You can allways loop around downtown by taking 270N across the mississippi river. Just head west on I-70 when you leave the airport. Should be quicker.

About how much for a cab from the airport to the Doubletree? I'd rather not hassle with a rental if the cost is a wash.
