Mark funny thing..My son has been doing something like this for several months...He does up to 300 pushups on certain days with a min. of 125 ( sets of 35)..He's 12 years old so he doesn't have a limit or need recovery it seems

I've always believed in push-ups as one of 3 perfect exercises that do not require a gym membership. Pull-ups/Pushups and squats or lunges...you do those 3 things everyday and you'll be ripped.

Yeah, I was able to do sets of 75 push ups, I would do that three times. Honetly it takes hard work.. No way can I do that now, a year and a half later of pizza soda and cake...

My wife and I just had a baby...thats my excuse!!! I am all about ghetto fab work outs. There is a really cool book i got at half price books. Doing gym work outs with out the gym. Something like that but is a really good book and I started the routine about last month and noticing awesome changes..Good LUCK!!

today we had 6 scoops of sand dropped at a hotel that we're working on. the guys always give me shit for sitting behind a desk. they make fun of me and I dont think they have any respect for me, being the owner's son.

the sand was dropped outside and we had to move it literally 20 feet just inside so the front drive didnt look like crap.

I matched everyone's shovel with 2-2.5 shovels. I ended up moving 3 scoops by myself in the same time 3 other guys moved the other 3. the best workout I have had in a long time and those bastards stopped laughing at me.

When I was a little younger I worked at a rock quarry down where I lived every weekend. I had to shoval under the tightest spots and my days lasted around eight hours of just shovaling. I honelsty beleive you put your all in a shoval it can be one of the greatest workouts!
