Let me give you a few words of advice for this and any other forum dealing with fabricators. If you come off as arrogant (and you did and still are), you will get a lot of push-back. You have said that you will just take your idea to a mechanical engineering forum for their input. Have they ever moved a 1000lb island up a spiral or multiple landing stair case? Are THEY going to buy one? Here is the upside to this site. When approached properly you will get real advise from your end users for FREE. Problem is, you have to take advise, not dismiss it. If know one here is willing to buy into it. how well do you think it would sell?

Trust me when I tell you, if you come up with a great idea that will make these guys and gals jobs safer, easier and more productive for a reasonable price you will be taking your cash to the bank in a wheel barrow.

its true that I have listened and created lots of new things for moving stone and can relate each one of those that I made and displayed on youtube. I ve listened to your problems and don't understand why you don't think I have?

Using a lever to move stone, its true its easy...

Ive demo'd on youtube one clamp lifting over 1200lbs, one axle moving over 1200 lbs, a 94 year old man moving 300 lbs up stairs

soon I'm hoping to complete yet another round of NEW CLAMPS, NEW shoe holders, NEW CLAMP HEAD facings, New AXLE
all of these because I listened but also tried. Before I sold my product in Billiards I tested it over 10000 times with stone bouncing down stairs...

I move stone and even though DAN insults my trade our rocks are just as big as yours....

Once again I say this, I'm trying to sell my patents and prove my product is the best and adaptable for many future enhancements

No one disputes that you can make a gadget that a 90 year old man or a toddler can move 300 lbs up stairs.

The major problem with that is...... That is not an issue in our industry. The problem is moving 1,200 lbs island up stairs.
Therefore, in a manner of speaking, you are solving a problem that does not exist for us. You are Don Quixote, tilting at a wind mill. Solve an issue that FABRICATOR ACTUALLY HAVE, NOT THE ISSUES THAT YOU THINK FABRICATORS HAVE.

Moving 300 lbs in any manner is not an issue for the majority of any of us fabricators. Yet, you toil away solving problems that do not exist anywhere but in your head. You bring "toys" here touting them as nearly miraculous. They, with out fail, continually fall short of expectations & usefulness.

Having one guy being able to move the one piece by himself is not critical, as there are always plural workers present at any install.

How many one piece pool tables have you installed or even seen? I have seen many pool tables (granted, not as many as you) & I have never seen one.

Our issues remain the same, for the most part:
1. Moving huge islands up stairs
2. Lifting huge pieces to the cabinet tops
3. Install large, fragile pieces between 2 walls.

You insult yourself, by bringing inadequate equipment that does not solve an issue fabricators have. You still have a pool table mentality, not a stone fabricator mentality. Simply put, you do not "get" it, yet. You have failed numerous times to show any indictcation that you are even paying attention to the feedback given here. Water will rise to it's own level, maybe what you show is your level. Maybe not. Step back and ponder our issues, then attack. The water is deeper in this end of the pool.

Make a great product and cash in, that is the game.

This cart also can have 4 wheels on bottom with replaceable axle

5 3\4 between clamp arms, ready to tilt and place a MITERED top without lifting ( I HOPE)

did my best to address any known concerns and added some SAFETY Features as well

NEW LIFTING HANDLES also will be shown

NEW axle to go between studs of new homes if that's what you wanted also made.

What are the tennis balls covering?

I find the ability to lengthen or shorten the....device....interesting. I know our AT2 does that but is a bit limited it how much.

I am also calling dibs on the name "Clampett" for any contraption I make in my garage that I later market as a professional stone moving device.

Obviously, the tennis balls and the rubber cane tips are extras for the 90 year old installation crew, in cad ether walkers and canes need spare parts. That is my guess.

Fulcrum points for lifting and a few other reasons

Made a modified Billiard boot to protect and act as a SAFETY Stop\gate for the piece being moved on stairs or can also be used to protect bottom corners when moving a long piece with a low elevation cart as this as a problem. This shoe can be replaced with one as shown in front. Matching INSERTS made of wood can be mounted within the Patented Shoe to compliment odd shapes. Yes another feature that may not be used...

Now Im using a modified Lever system to lift the weight up onto the counter directly from cart. My goal is to minimize effort through mechanical advantage of a human kind.

FYI slab carts need to have a flat bottom to protect and strengthen the cutouts the May span.

switched out the SAFETY Shoe in back with another open ended SHOE( I think that's what you mean). Replaced Pneumatic Swivel wheels(they suck) with these Casters and they work great(800 lb each). Adding smaller casters allows the use of 14 inch tires in front as Helpers and they make going up the stairs so easy as compared without. FYI you need 14 inch tires on stairs to avoid getting caught under stair lip..

Plenty of clearance with Patented Clamp head design... wide opening for Miters, tilt them out without lifting( I hope)

Added SAFETY Cane attachment so you can rest with piece being carried without lowering down much, thought that might help unloading truck and then placing in cart

Unit has replaceable axle so you can add more wheels if needed... these could also be used in the center

The Omni Cubed Pro Dolly is much lower, much better engineered and offered by a more professional company.

Comparing yourself to the best is the fastest way to gain market share, IF your product is competitive. Your product is not even close to any existing product we currently use. Keep at it, but you are not in the same neighborhood as existing offerings. Or stick with kids & seniors moving pool table slate.

You apparently haven't ever used one of the Omni pro carts. We use one every day

We use the Omni Cubed Pro Dollies.

Using multiple carts in the shop, but for multiple reasons.

Keep trying to make the one single perfect cart for everything. It is bound to be a disaster and colossal waste of time. You will end up with a product that is good for nothing, imo.

You are still trying to solve issues that only exist in your head. Moving small (relatively) pieces is not a real concern.

This has turned into pure entertainment, with little to no commercial value, imo.

Your carts are certainly colorful and imaginative. I would still be scared to trust one in a real life situation. But, that is only my opinion.

Omni Cubed Pro Dollies

We use the pro cart for most pieces. We bust out the pro dollies for large islands. Pro cart goes through grass and sand much easier and we often wheel around to the front of lake houses down wicked hills and through multiple neighbors yards.

I think there might be some use for mechanical advantage/leverage but you haven't found it yet. Additionally, no one is going to reconfigure the cart at each job or for each piece. If it needs six wheels, just leave six wheels on it all the time.

We use the AT2 Cart for most installs and have one Dolly from Omni but am going to pick up a second. Two dollys on large islands certainly makes a lot of sense and we have had trouble getting through doors with the AT2 attached. The worst was was after climbing the stairs with a 9x5 island only to realize we weren't going to fit, which meant going all the way back down. Double dolly from now on! Oh and we are adding a moveable ramp so that we can just roll most pieces right in.

Most islands are 36", 42", or 48" tall. Not a problem.

We climb stairs with our AT1 all the time.

We also have the Pro Dollys for pcs that are larger.

All tools work really, really well.
