Just found a awesome remedy and thought I would pass it on, I have had sinus conjustion sp? , for 3 or 4 weeks and could not shake it, been snuffy and could not breath well.
Girl at Angie's work told her a remedy and since I have tried everything else, what the hell !!
Put "Vick's vapor rub" on your feet and then put on socks, before bed !!! This shiteworks, I am clear as a bell this morning

It's true. Years and years of this works.

I thought it was bs, but as I said, I was at my wits end.
I didn't even have to blow my nose this morning, totally clear and breathing.

My whole family has been sick with this crud for weeks, Colby and Angie had it the worst, no-one cough'ed all night and they clear this morning also !!!

Yes it does work. I have been using this on my little ones for a while. I put it on the feet, backs.

Climbing into bed with my wife with it on her feet right now. This would make a great birth control fix too. Nothing turn you on more then a women with vapor rub on her feet. Lol

I swear by Lysine, it's an amino acid, but it's also an awesome anti-viral, cold, flu's and the "crud" are caused by viruses, so having the Lysine in your system keeps the nasty little buggers from getting a hold of you in the first place.

My family finally came around to my way of thinking after their last bout with the "crud" a year ago....they haven't gotten sick since.

This is one hell of a good thing to know (not that I've had the Crud in ages), but HOW in the heck can it work?????

Sam - the vapor rub on the feet, or Lysine? I don't know how the feet thing works, but it does...when I told my kids doctor about the lysine he said that it works really well for preventing cold sores and shingles, but that, because its a natural anti-viral it makes sense that it would help prevent colds and flu's
