Its dinners out for us..Since we are flying in, no time for cooking. We just had a really good dinner tonight at Prime 1 in South Beach. Anyone in the area, I can' t say enough great things about this restaurant. Plus it was fun eating Christmas dinner under the stars at 70 degrees.. Perfect

We ( me, Les, Mom, Brother & Sister in law) had the best garlic infused cheese bread, calamari, margarita pizza, chicken parm, mac & cheese with truffles, meatball sliders and fried oreos with chocolate sauce & vanilla ice cream.

Tomorrow we will be at Cafe Regazzo for another good dinner..

List night was a homemade wild rice soup and a smoked corned beef brisket (which is technically pastrami I found out).

Today is a pork crown roast wrapped in bacon and bourbon mashed sweet potatoes.

Lamb shank Osso Buco with a port wine/rosemary and shallot reduction. Three cheese polenta. Tapenade bruschetta. Herbed-crusted broccoli, cauliflour and carrots. My years in the restaurant business helped me win the favor of my wife and her family!
