The bigger part of this story is ARE YOU FCKING KIDDING ME... GOV'T CONTROL OVER STANDARDS OF TOILET PAPER!!! Good god :roll: There is no stopping the nanny state. When are they going to mandate how many sheets of paper you can use per sitting.
