Anyone else here do the HB? I am an avid All Grain brewing machine.
Here is a Dry Stout that i ended up infusing with coffee and vanilla beans. Turned out great!
Currantly I have 3 beers on tap, Raspberry Wheat, Java Stout, and a Cherry Wheat that I just kegged last night.
Making my first Lager next week

Hope all goes well with that.

Looks good!
Never tried but it would be fun to experiment with it.

I do the kits. and variations of the kits. Haven't gotten that into it just yet.

Nice head. Looks tasty.
I used to do a lot of home brewing. I experimented a lot but only used the kits to start and modified from there. One time I made a butt kicking honey porter. You could only have a few of them or you'd be on the floor. I never tried to make lager as I am not fond of lagers - mostly made porters, stouts, and ales. I got too busy to keep doing the homebrew and my set-up ended up getting sold at a tag sale. Plus my stepdaughters and their friends kept stealing them. Maybe I will get back to it some day.
I made a kit of wine for my wife once but it took too long to age correctly.

I did 3 batches one year and lost the desire once I started bow fishing. Nothing gets done now that I bow fish
but it is a lot of fun and kinda rewarding making beer.
Moonshine is on my bucket list. Hopefully this winter I'll run some of that. From what I have been told its a lot easier. and seems it would be. My problem with brewing beer was that I would start drinking too and end up losing track of time or what step I was on. But it always still came out good enough to drink
One time I made a butt kicking honey porter. Sounds awsome. Portes are my favorite. I like to "chew" my beer

Judging from the Einsteins on the Moonshiner reality shows, it must be easy.
Re Drinking: Don't ya think making moonshine could be a bit more problematic than brewing beer, when it comes to drinking it and losing track of time?
