A little know fact: Barry Sanders is the all time leading rusher in negative yards, and he still produced the way he did

Keep in mind that it took Emmit Smith 4 more years to get 2,000 more yards than Barry. Had Barry played as long as Emmit, his record would never be touched. Barry was drafted in 89, Smith in 90. Smith is the all time leader, but it was handed to him with Barry's retirement.

I've never been excited about the run game after Barry left. We was unbelievable. Emmit would have only had 1/2 the yards he did if he ran behind the Lions offense. They were/are horrible.

I just got my Sanders jersey for my birthday last December, but I wear that thing with pride. I usually ended up texting Cam at least a few times every game with something along the lines of "MEGATRON!" followed up a few minutes later with "WTF!?!"
