6 years later and look at the mess. How surprising is this He will go down as one of the worst presidents. A generation will be paying for this mess. What is happening at the border is a disaster, the VA is a disgrace, the economy has been contracting, foreign policy would be laughable if it was not so serious, collecting record revenues and yet debt continues to rocket up, scandal after scandal.

It will be interesting to see what America decides to do in November. Are Americans as divided as the media portrays?

Yes America is divided....it is a love or hate deal...In my area you would be hard pressed to find someone with a job that likes him...but travel to Portland and he is loved....crazy

I hope I live long enough to see history's judgement. This presidency is a debacle of epic proportions... and I'm not saying that just because he's black.

Long term implications of his presidency which we will be dealing with for decades:

1. inflation as the goverment monetizes the massive debt accrued.
2. millions of additional illegals due to his "pen and the phone" arbitrary and ilegal change to immigration law until we finally, someday, hopefully, close the border
3. another war or wars as the "bad guys" in the world continue to push the envelope on what they can get away with while America is led by a gutless dilletante
4. massive inflation in energy costs as the "green" agenda continues to force a change to more expensive alternatives.
5. a totally out of control federal bureaucracy that believes their mission is to advance a liberal agenda
