I think this may have been the case prior to the Action as well. Ilegal Aliens are not allowed to get benefits under Obamacare. I don't think the Action changed anything. The Action does not give illegal aliens any rights, just amnesty from Deportation. That is my understanding.

Uhh..They used to raid business to try and catch them hiring illegals, now you get a bonus? Our country is bipolar.
