effective law enforcement...why not in the U.S.?

I dont feel that this is inappropriate in any way. If you rob a bank, youre a loser, and this was a quick, easy and effective end to something that could turned out be a lot worse. If this was here in the US, you would have everyone crying foul, and this would have been a 4 hour chase putting hundreds, or thousands of people in danger.

It's the most effective end to a chase I've seen in a long time. Wrong? Hell no! Simple and cost effective, I love it!

That would definitely deter motorcyclists from running from the police.

I could not agree more. Some times I wonder why we care so much about criminals health when they are jeperdizing every body around. Think of all the tax dollars we are paying to keep these killers, thiefs , and rapist when we could of just landed maybe just one more bullet in thier ass!
