LT 55 XL Disconnect Help

Hi, I'm a new poster. I have been reading the forums awhile now. I have the LT 55 XL laser template machine. I have been getting disconnected and having to reshoot the whole template. Very frustrating to have to do this sometimes 4-5 times due to disconnecting. I think it may be the cord that connects to my laptop but not just any printer cord will work. I have plugged in a few and tried them but my computer doesn't recognize them. Also I updated to the 2.0 version and don't like it as well...is there any way to undo the update once it's done? Call Laser Products and order the cord through them. They are pretty reasonable on items like this.

I also agree on the new update somethings are nice to have but some of it I dont care for either. As far as the disconnect I have run into this problem also, and it was caused by a problem with the battery for the laser. Just something else to consider.

Contact Laser products. They connected to my lt=55 xl computer using team viewer and uninstalled and reinstalled the older version. for some reason the newer 2.0 version my stone cam wasnt reading the radius's.

i had the connecter problem to and just ordered another cable. and upgraded to the new tablet touchscreen.
