Hey guys I need help on the tablet side of things. I don’t know what changed recently but I haven’t been able to send my shop sheet from the tablet to my printer lately. I have a Wifi connection but it keeps saying that my printer is “offline” in its status. Like I said I have used this printer with this program plenty of times in the past just up until a couple days ago it stopped working. Any thoughts?

Re: LT 2d3d printing help
Go into settings and check there. LPI has automatic updates. You could have been updated and may have changed some settings back to default.

Re: LT 2d3d printing help
Our software would not have changed print settings. If you are seeing your printer offline, there is a issue connecting to it via your Wi-Fi network. That is kind of out of the scope of our product but our support team would be glad to help troubleshoot it tomorrow morning. Call in and give Jared a call in support. He should’ve able to help out. T

Re: LT 2d3d printing help
That’s what we are here for.
Quick thought, you may want to try to first make sure there are no pending Windows updates. Then restart the tablet. Finally, if that doesn’t work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer. There have been a lot of Windows Updates thathave caused issues lately. It wouldn’t suppress me if there is a driver incompatibility with printers that communicate over the Wi-Fi stack.
