Our camera on the slab smith will stop being recognized by the software after about 4 to 6 months and we have to purchase a new camera and install it in order to correct the problem .We have had this issue immediately upon purchase of Slab smith We have everything running through a battery back up surge protector, we have had our electrical monitored and tested, Park doesn't have any answers for us, so has anyone else had these issues?

The first thing that comes to mind is moisture damage. I installed Slabsmith in one location that was about 15 feet from a water jet and I was extremely concerned about moisture coming off of it.

Have you called Slabsmith? They are very good at figuring out problems.
