Re: Looking for 20 drywall carts
I saw the $149.00 cart in the catalog. I was wondering how sturdy it is. What do you think?

Re: Looking for 20 drywall carts
It is rated at 1760lbs. It is better built than the black carts we use to have and I sell a lot of them and none come back. I would buy them as shop/install carts if I still had a shop.

Do all 4 wheels swivel? I think I am going to get one if they do.

Re: Looking for 20 drywall carts
I have bought them in the black and orange and the only problem is that we can't get the to uprights in the same plane, so we have to shim behind the stone to keep it supported. They hold the weight, but i think ones that you do not have to assemble are worth it.

Re: Looking for 20 drywall carts
I have had the same experience as Anthony with every brand that requires assembly. We have many different styles currently in use. The best one, overall, is the standard one piece drywall cart. The Troll cart is a close second (and would easily be first) if it were not for the open bottom that can not accommodate short (less than 38") parts. The removable upright supports make it very handy for installs and they have 4 swivel wheels.

Check out The Forest Group Inc at Tel 713-789-1270. The last time we bought they were $150 ea when you bought a pallet (6) They are the heavy duty orange ones.

Re: Looking for 20 drywall carts
Thanks for the info guys! We were spending about $285 each, more if we wanted the better wheels. I knew there had to be a better option out there.

Re: Looking for 20 drywall carts
Depending on what industromart tells me is the shipping cost is on 24 of them. I may go that route. Thanks Antonio!

Re: Looking for 20 drywall carts
I placed an order for 24 Industromart Carts. I bought 1 first to see the quality. Those things are solid. They are also equipped with rubber wheels. I got them for $179 each. It beats the sonny scaffoild carts at $285 each hands down.
Thanks for the input guys! The savings paid for my dues for another 10 years! :d
