I'm pretty sure that GMM, Sasso, Omag, Park, Northwood, Donatoni and many other manufacturers have them for sale. Maybe even in stock.

The irony in that statement is making my head spin.

I see where it sounds ironic, honestly my Margins are the lowest. Not in it for one sale, Im in it to watch companies grow. No matter what Granite Shop I worked at, they marked up the Stone 300% to 400% to cover overhead. Im happy with 10% to cover exposure and its nice to see new companies get what they need without going into unnecessary debt. Im really different. I love watching companies hire more employees. That's where my "joy" come from. Because its definitely not for the money. I make less doing this than I did at Tile Collection.

Re: Looking for a CNC Bridge Saw
I assume that there are other charges to help pay for those employees, because 10% is not going to do it.
Whether it is stone mark up, or charges for fab, install, template, the market will only allow so much of a mark up. Don't be fooled by the labels of the mark up. The final number is dictated by the market, when all other factors are equal.
Surely, 500% is an exaggeration. But after your 10% mark up comment, I realize that you may have an unrealistic expectation.
All the machine guys at the trade were slammed and months out on deliveries. This does not bode well for a discount shopper, as they drop on the list of priorities.
Good Luck.

Re: Looking for a CNC Bridge Saw
I have to give Jason credit. He has sold machinery in the past and actually took a fair markup. He isn't screwing the end user and certainly doesn't screw the seller. I agree that it will be hard to find a CNC saw at a discount, but if you have one Jason will treat you fair.

Re: Looking for a CNC Bridge Saw
Thank you Reuben. You have been one of the most honest companies I have had the honor of helping move equipment for. Thank you for allowing me to be apart of the sales.
It is hard fighting the "Stereo Types" associated with Used Equipment. I've heard many "Horror Stories" of people who felt like they were being used and lied to from both New and Used dealers alike. I will not try to sale a CNC Machine to someone who only needs a Radial, I cant push a Double Table Jet on a company doing 1 kitchen a week. That's not me. I only recommend the Technicians that are honest and don't try to milk the situation. I also will not margin soft costs (Tech, Shipping, Rigging) ect. There is enough money in this world that I can associate and do business with honest people and still make a living.
My goal is building a relationship where (I trust you and you trust me). I work Commission only and I have had a few companies trying to save a few thousand on a $100,000 deal lie to me. Not only does that hurts me financially, but takes up so much of my time trying to help them find the right equipment, that I loose other customers during that time I spend searching for the best variables to get the price in their budget. That hurts and I have had many months with no check at all because I trust people more than others in this line of work do.
Im not perfect by any means, I do make mistakes sometimes. I'm human. But I will never run or turn my back on a deal after the money has been exchanged. And history has shown that if their is something that goes wrong with a deal, I work hard to correct the issue. I make less money doing this then I did at the Shops but its more fulfilling watching start-up companies grow and existing companies expand.
Thank you to not only Reuben but all of the Buyers, Sellers, and Tire Kickers too (Not as much) LOL.. You all have been a blessing and I look forward to being here in more ways than just Machines for the future. I appreciate all new friendships I have made and the ones yet to be made too. Have a blessed 2016 and may 2017 be even better...

Re: Looking for a CNC Bridge Saw
If I may say so. I think if someone would wish to buy a quality piece of equipment from Europe, the EURO is at an all time low, so while yes we have the demand issue to deal with, the prices of the machines I'm up against, I have not seen rise as perhaps one would think.
I have mid summer delivery machines that I can still sell, and some spec machines currently in the works.
Nothing last week unless someone needs some fairly late model Saw/Waterjet second hand ones that are around that my agents have.
Not fair to mention brands so if someone needs write me and I'll connect you with the right salesperson here to help.
