Woods 8 pad Manual Tilt Lifter - SOLD

We are selling our original woods 8 pad lifter. It is the DC version so it can run off a battery pack. It may need a new battery as we have been running it off AC power for the last x years. It is a manual tilt lifter. We did retrofit it so that it has individual shut offs on all 8 pads. We also just replaced all the pads last summer.

We are selling it b/c we purchased a new power tilt lifter. The manual lifter just isn't real convenient with our CNC saw now. (the table doesn't turn on CNC saws, so you have to lift up and over parts)

Model - MT8HV11DC
New in 2003
Paid - $3,400
From Power Grips website...

I edited the above post. Apparently I count like my 9 year old son. It's an 8 pad unit, not 10.

(Ok Dustin, Michael counts better then I do, he would have had the answer as 8 all along)

This is "unsold" again. The person that committed to it has not sent a check nor returned email or calls in a couple of weeks.

So it's back on the market. All boxed up and ready to be shipped out. For shipping, the box is 39"x78"x17" - 300 lbs

When you say it can run off a battery, that means we could use it on a forklift? Looking at overhead crane options as well but seams slow to use all the time?

Yes, that is how we used it originally.

Once we installed a jib crane, we mounted it to the jib and brought the slabs into the building with a gripper.

What was the shipping going to cost the other guy who was going to buy it. We are in Colorado so it's closer

He found shipping for $300+/-

The biggest issue with shipping is having an account with a shipping company. We don't have one, so it was an "Oh my" phone call getting quotes. FedEx freight's quote without an account was around 1,700. :o

Wow. I was gonna say if the 2000 included shipping I would have a check in the mail tomorrow, but that doesn't sound like it would work out to well for you.

If you get tired of looking at that box, I still have that $2000 to send you if you pay to ship.
