VT Industries Seeks Territory Sales Manager- Florida

VT Industries Inc., a well established and growing national building materials manufacturer, is seeking an experienced sales professional with “stone sales experience” for the Florida Territory.
This employee will act as a Territory Sales Representative for VT Stone Surfaces (VTSS) in an assigned territory, promoting products and services. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Certified Stone Installers, Stone Fabricators, General Contractors, Architectural Millworkers, Architects, Designers, Kitchen & Bath Dealers, installer prospects and owners. This representative is expected to provide market analysis, feedback, and stone surfacing expertise while increasing VTSS sales presence in the market place through sales calls, training and sample collateral placement, lead generation and follow through, and new business development.
VTSS Territory Sales Representative will report to VTSS Regional Manager and will be responsible for furnishing a daily, weekly and monthly itinerary, as well as a monthly report. The Territory Sales Representative will also assist with claims resolution between the manufacturing plant and customers.
Job Requirements
Candidates must have 3-5 years sales experience in stone countertop sales with proven sales success in the building products industry. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate contracts and make sales presentations. Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are a plus. This position requires significant travel by car with overnight travel required several times per month.
Salary - plus bonus, monthly car allowance, and full benefit package.
