Sasha. Are you wanting to do it on your cnc? If so it takes for ever. Maybe 2hrs per slab or more. I try to forget. 
if your machine stays busy making tops I wouldn't pursue it. But if you really want to contact Darryl Miller USA stone. They used to do it a lot on their Northwood he would have some great advice.
