Hiring a Digital Specialist/Material Handler in Grand Junction CO

Primary responsibilities will be the Slabsmith operator and material handler.
Using Pathfinder/Slabsmith to photo-inventory and log all slabs, and maintain slab and remnant inventory.
Assist in shop with unloading slab deliveries, loading slabs on saw, and moving cut pieces between CNC saw and router, assist in set-up and tear-down of CNC tables, assist with CNC maintenance, loading finished pieces on to install A-frames, and loading install trucks.
Position can evolve in to digital templating, cad operator, and CNC programmer if individual shows an aptitude for such tasks.
We use forklift, jib crane, and suction lifter for all pieces too big to lift by hand.
My preference is for someone with some experience in this trade, but will train from scratch the right person. This is also a good position for a former fabricator or installer that can no longer handle the physical demands of those tasks, since all heavy lifting is done with equipment.
Pay will be depending on experience, and will be discussed and negotiated during the interview and hiring process. I will pay for most relocation expenses.
