2018 Grande Pinnacle Award Tribute

Join us for a tribute to the 2018 Grande Pinnacle Award sponsored by Marmomac. This award was presented to the best project across all categories offered by the Natural Stone Institute’s annual pinnacle awards competition.
The 2018 award recipient is Mario & Son (Liberty Lake, Washington) for the sculptor “Aura” using Bianco Carrara C Marble. The stone suppliers were Bonotti Stone Trading International and Massimo Galleni Scultore.
One of jurors commented, “Never before in my 40 years in this industry have I seen anything as creative. Non-traditional choice – we have never chosen a piece of art for an award. This is the type of project that makes one ask ‘that was done in stone?’”
Immediately following this tribute presentation, the Natural Stone Institute will be holding a membership reception. Join us!
Stone Industry Leadership Reception

Foyer of the Verdi Auditorium (basement of the PalaExpo Building)
NOTE: the reception is in the same location as last year……across from the Antolini booth. Look for the Use Natural Stone banner and you’ll enter the building there.
