I am working on a layout.

Definitely rod the van. As for the tops, We never rodded anything that came off the OMAG so I am good either way.

Full Bull is classic and actually probably best given to rough treatment it may get.



I will put up pics of the install, although it may have to go into the dark room if any of the boys end up in the pictures. They will be the ones helping me install. I won't be able to see it, but I would like for you guys to see the actual kids you are impacting.

I am going to the bank tomorrow to deposit $800 worth of checks. And Paypal shows $860 or so. Once I figure out how to get paypal to transfer to a bank account I will get a check in the mail to Andy.


We are changing the layout of the main house kitchen a little bit, so it will take me a little while to get a drawing of the tops. We should not have any problem getting you guys a drawing in time to fab at the workshop. Maybe a digital file if we borrow a templator from Tim or Chris in Augusta. If not, we can just oversize a back wall here or there, and I can cut it down onsite. The Director from Broken Shackle is stoked about ya'lls offer

Angel, I am going to call your office on the AM to get a fax number for the drawing. I could not find your fax online.

JT is in the process of booking a flight now.

Here is the drawing. Pretty straight forward. The Island will actually look like a dining table. The "Tall Cabinet" is upper depth, and holds the controls for the lights and TVs for all 8 rooms in the Main House. Just kill the edge profile into the radius and flat polish the edge that will be butting into the tall cabinet.

If you have lighter color material that you can spare ( NVG, St Cecilia, etc.....) that would be great. If not, we would be tickled with Standard Uba Tuba. Greatful for whatever you can swing to us.

JT has plane tickets from Atlanta, but I am getting a little worried about the mailed check. I put it in the outbox of our bank, but Andy has not gotten it yet.

If he doesn't have it by the time JT leaves for the workshop I will cancel the check and give him the money to pay for the van in person.

I had a supplier donate 2 slabs of Ornamental, he is asking for a I-9 form in the amount of 900.00. Do you have one of these???

Chris- I haven't seen a check yet. You may want to bring a backup plan in case it is lost in the mail somewhere.

Ornamental is perfect and we can send them a donation letter that will satisfy the IRS. I am not familiar with the I-9 terminology, but we are a 501(c)3 set up. If they need us to fill something out in addition to our regular donation letter or if there is something Michigan requires, we will be glad to do it.

The check thing is bugging me. I will go by the Bank Monday and double check to make sure the envelope is not still sitting on someones desk. Worst case scenario I will send the money with JT. His plane tickets are one-way, so he will be very motivated to make sure the van is paid for

Google is telling me that an I-9 form is a citizenship form stating that an employee is legal to work in the US....

not sure that is what they are looking for.
