You guys are all suckers wasting your time top polishing. Our shop has used th steel wool, in a circular motion< for years to get scratches out of granite. It is hard to tell scratches from imperfections in the stone though

The trouble is that they must not realize how many consumers are confusing granite and marble all the time.
