Pittsburgh Home Show

We are into day 1 of the 12 days of home show bliss. This is the largest home show in the US, second in North America to Toronto and third in the world to London. The gate is expected to top 350,000 people however last night was much lighter than last year.

We had some interesting things happen:

The guy who stole our paperwork last year lurked in our booth and all I kept thinking ( it is very hard for me to keep my mouth shut) is "This year try copying our quality, we will all make more money" (I hope he reads this)

We debuted Lester's integrated mitred sink which was a hit with the consumers as well as the other granite people there

A competitor and I chatted late in to the night and we are going to work together gathering other like minded fabricators and create an educational program and media for homeowners to be able differeniate between the quality fabrication and the companies posing as fabricators and butchering kitchens.

That is some Beautiful craftsmanship! But a 12 day home show With the quality of your work you should be busy the rest of the year and then some after those 12 days!

Give les some bigtime props from me. I don't know if he assembled it there or in the shop, either way that sink is WINNING and f*cking Epic!!!!!!!!

Not that I want you to spend more money or anything, but we just did the bottom of a calacutta double bowl sink and I cut my teeth on carving with the CNC, and it is pretty sick what you can do with slopes and whatnot. Basically, get les a CNC for God's sake, he has earned it

Hey Nick SHHHHHH!

We loaded the island with the air lifter at the shop, forked the rack out of the trailer at the show, brought our boom and air lifter to the show and used that to move it off the rack and onto the island.

Thanks again, I am excited to be a part of the team.. I love it when people visit our booth ( we are the first booth) then they make their rounds and come back and say that we are the best display in the show... WINNING (Nick)!

Could you take a picture of the boom and airlift removing the island top at the end of the show? Sounds like an awesome way to move really big/awkward items.

A sales rep from the supplier came by and he said, " I see good fabricators all day long, I see great fabricators when I visit you guys".. this means so much to me because its not about me.. I sell great, I don't create great.. its all Les.

And you had time to come down to Palm Desert??!!! Oh man, that is the most truly epic, winningest piece of work that I've seen. WOW!! I just am in lust over that mitered integrated sink. Good job Les. oh yeah, Winning!!!!!! As Sheen says, he's not bi-polar, he's bi-winning!! Les is obviously bi-winning!!!
