For sale: Edgemate 100 manual line polisher in very good condition. $2500.

The machine produces polished profiled edge using a cup wheel and polishing pads for any radius roundover, bevel and flats. It can also create a continuous profiled edge on seamed tops that are milled in the shop as one piece and can be used to back grind seams to produce nearly invisible seams.

Before we invested in a line polisher we used this almost exclusively . In short, this is is an economical, low-tech, efficient tool for producing consistently well polished edges that eliminates a ton of hand polishing.

Things are well, thank you. When we visited you we had a 2006 Montressor Luna 740, but this year we took a big step and bought a used 2008 Brembana Speed.

We found it in California, shipped to it CMS in Grand Rapids and had them prep it for us, and send a technician (Brenton) down to install it and train us.

So far so good with the CNC. We bought 3 sets of terminator tools (ogee, demi bullnose and pencil edge) and had Eric Pate fly up to install them. Polish on the ogee is nearly perfect, pencil edge is a little liney but certainly acceptable and we're still breaking in the demi-bullnose.

So now we've got a Scandinvent CnCut C# for sale and also will soon advertise the Montresor as well.

You were a terrific host and all of us very much appreciated how generously you shared your time and experience during our visit.
