we've had two lion statues in storage for as long as i can remember.(at least 10 years). they are very dusty and dirty. is there a way to clean these with a simple spray? they are about 2 feet high. can i pressure wash these? they are to nice to leave in storage, its time to show them off. any help on this topic would be awesome.

Re: MARBLE LIONS
To start, are they granite or marble? When doing restoration you want to start with the least invasive thing and work forward. I would assume they are marble. Wash it off with water and see what's underneath. Don't use anything acidic. A PH balanced stone cleaner would be next. if you have bad stains get a pre made poultice like the one from Belinzoni. The last thing you want to do is start sanding on it. You want to leave that for someone with experience. I would say leave that for a professional but there are lots of "professionals" that can mess them up. Good luck
