hi Guys
i need your advice
im using an omega 60 for polish laminated edges (3/4"+3/4" ) i set the preassure in 2.5 bars and the contrapreassure in 2 bars
but i have had some problems.
any suggestion?

never ran a line polisher , but to me it looks like your lam might be a little off plumb , or there is a dip in the lam strip in that area

I would guess you need to increase the oscillation of you polishing heads.

Your saw blade appears to be walking some in the cut as you can see the marks on the edge. Step cutting may help keep that to a minimum.
Try slowing the the feed rate of the Omega 60 so the bricks have more time to do their work especially the first brick.
May need to run two aggressive grit bricks and take out one of the middle grits that the machine can skip.
I agree with Peter that your oscillation needs to be at a higher degree or at least turn it on if its not already. Too difficult to polish a 4cm edge without oscillation.
