Nah forget all the above come to Pa Dutch Country , we have Dutch farmers markets with 2 knuckle deep cheese cake right from the Cow
we have Pa Lancaster Dutch meats and cheeses here , yes and organic Veggies too , grown and made the old school way ,

have approval for 100 x 60 shop on 5 acres , come and get it , close to everything here ,
building plans custom built for stone shop

close to all major cities and Ports , easy access for semi trucks

Guys, that is not what he is looking for. Please post responses that help him.

What he is looking for is a well established shop in palm beach county sunny south Florida. If you are into tropical weather, beautiful scenery, ocean and adventure plus a digital shop located in the heart of the county between I 95 and A1A for a very reasonable price that includes the real estate, then I have what you need. 1.5, all yours, machines, inventory, clients and land/buildings.
