Help with our business process. Please comment!

Hello fellow fabricators
We are a small shop with a cnc
saw, water system , hand tools, 3 fabricators and 1 install crew. We produce about 600-650ft a week 2cm laminated mainly. I am the owner and I do all the measuring, customer service, maintenance, and office paperwork. We are very comfortable with the size and quality of or shop. We don't want to grow much more. We are struggling in one area and are asking for help/advice on how to process the jobs. We want a streamline way to funnel customers through the process of getting countertops that keeps track of the fabrication details, installation details and pricing. (We don't want employees seeing the prices)
We also do digital templates and want a way that the paperwork/software has all the details organized for measuring, fabricating and installing
Any suggestions on how we can streamline better the process and customer experience?
We did try moraware. Good software but you have to have the internet at every job to work on it or take it back to the shop and do it. We found it to be very redundant.

Curious what you are currently using for quoting?

If I'm reading this right, you have a quoting system in place. This software creates all the paperwork but keeps the sell price on all paperwork?
