I wanted to give a word of thanks to one of our sponsors, Diamax. I was fortunate enough to end up with the raffle certificate from the Mega Workshop for their 14” diamond blade with pattern diamond technology. The part# is SCDA1420 for the 14 inch 20mm Cyclone High Speed Silent Core blade.

We have been running the blade since early November and have been very impressed. It is giving us very clean cuts and very true cuts. My saw is not the greatest at cutting long straight lines (I am thankful for my CNC), with some blades it will seem to walk. This blade does not walk, it just cuts straight through. Chipping is very minimal, and I have not experienced blowouts on the end of long cuts. It has cut granite, marble and some ES with no quality issues to date.
