Water Filtration in Shop

Hello,
Im at the point now where im going to install a water filtration system in my shop for several reasons im thinking of the simplest ways the shop produces around 1500 sq. ft a week I have 2 rail saws running on water and 1 router can you guys help by showing me pictures of your systems or ideas I was thinking of 2-3000 gallon tanks one taller than the other the sludge water goes in the taller one and the sludge settles to the bottom and the cleaner water simply runs through a 2 inch pipe at the top into the lower tank and putting a suction pump in the lower one and simply shooting it back into the rail saws what's you guys thoughts?

Cosco lined up a row of several 55 gallon plastic drums with one feeding into the next. As the lead drum filled he would replace it. I forget how many drums he used but by the end drum the water was clear.

It must have been a few, as we have 4 and the water is still really milky.

The flow amount determines how many barrals one needs. This is my understanding of the subject.

If I remember correctly they out pool filter sand in some of the first barrels.

Scooter, here are a few Systems we have installed. And as I mentioned above, we tailor each of our systems for the particular operation - primarily based on water demands and fabrication volume. So, two photos were designed for smaller operations producing a few kitchens a week, and the other two were designed for much larger operations.

Add More barrels. Install water socks or cloth filters that you clean out daily. Coco must have had around dozen barrels in a row. The systems shown in the pictures have been replicated to some degree by SFA shops. Do a search and you'll find them. Don't want to take anything away from buying a new filtration system.
