Wanted: Lead installer in Washington State

Hello,

We are seeking a lead installer fulltime for a growing granite shop. Pay $19-$24 per hr depending on experience. Looking for someone with a minimum of 4-5 years installing (preferably able to top polish seams when needed). Must be dependable willing to work long hours if needed. We offer medical and vacation. Would you consider a subcontract option versus a full time employee? I'm not interested in moving to Wenatchee but maybe we can work something out for any jobs you have that are south of you.

We have went the subcontractor route before and it didn't work out well. Right now, we are fortunate enough to stay really busy here in our little valley and haven't done a job done south (tri-cities/Yakima) in our 12 yrs of business. But we may expand that way in the future and I will keep you in mind
