Hello,
My name is Rafael Beltran del Rio, I am natural Stone countertop fabricator. Currently we do all our work manually (cutting slabs, 45 degree angle cut, polishing, etc.
Surfing through the internet I came across this CNC bridge saw countertop router machine, I think the price is really good $15,000 USD FOB which we are able to pay, we are a small company, so we are not able to pay more money for larger and more sophisticated machines , The name of this machine is "TITAN3500". Please find a YOUTUBE video of this machine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZtSF3hrbZd0
My question is:
- Do you know someone who bought or owns this machine?
- Any information or reviews I can get?
- Is it good, bad, is it easy to use, does it break easily?
I would really appreciate any information you can give me about this machine.

Hi Rafael,
You are doing the right thing trying to find someone with personal experience with this machine.
I am not saying this is what could happen here, but I am giving a word of caution from this experience below.
I knew a person who bought "a really nice laser cutter" from a "reputable" China supplier. The price was great... only $5k instead of the normal $15k for a similar USA machine. They got it and quickly realized the software was buggy and the tolerances it could hold were terrible and not suitable for any detail work. The linear guides were warped and not "linear" at all but more like "curvi-linear". They spent months trying to make it work and replacing components but now it just takes up 10 square feet in the shop and is only useful to store dust bunnies under it. They were not happy with the ordeal, nor could they afford the real machine they could have been running today.
That money could have been a sizable down payment for an awesome machine here with all the support, warranty, and service.
That money could have been invested here in the US and flow around here in the US over and over again rather than wasted. Those dollars were shipped overseas and will probably not come back.
When money flows here over and over again, the people that make the laser can buy granite countertops, and the people they buy parts from can buy granite countertops, and the people they buy pizza from can buy granite countertops.

I see now that you are in Mexico, so some of the info below may or may not pertain to your situation.
The main point, is beware, and do your due diligence on knowing what you are getting so it doesn't bite you in the rear end.

Bad, really really bad.
It's one of those situations where a ten foot pole just isn't long enough.
Become a member and you'll find a wealth of information on quality machines at varying price points and what others have done to be able to afford them.

Re: CHINA 4-AXIS CNC STONE COUNTERTOP BRIFGE SAW ROUTER MACHINE
First issue is POWER, their standards are very low and the wiring is way under sized.
Second issue is Quality,Iron costs just about as much as a human life and both are replaceable in china.
Third issue is Parts, Should you have a company who supplies parts its a headache getting them and thats if you don't have to source them your self.
Used equipment comes up all the time on here or you can finance something nice for cheap interest and have zero headaches and increase production.
We had to use a Chinese saw for our slabbing because of the nature of our material and its eaten up 2 weeks of production = 12 slabs at a loss. we are now retrofitting it and redesigning 80% of it so we can use all USA and Canadian parts not to mention the cost of brining it up to code.
