cnc solutions kt38 larger than the 32

KT38 has anyone used this cnc is it durable and how much can we expect to pay for this new...what is the lease cost?
We want to go into a deal with the benefit of knowing what is a low cost for this cnc

Personally, I would be hesitant about that. Have you checked the used market?

I did a search for this thing and came to a website that seems to sell all kinds of stone machinery. no where did it say where it was made or who is the manufacturer so my conclusion is it must be Chinese and probably a piece of crap as everything else from over there.

It says they use quality Schneider electric and Omron/Yaskawa etc. parts on all machines, so that is not Chinese crap.

HOWEVER, a few electrical hardware components aside, Ken would appear to be correct. If I were you and you wanted this, I am not sure what price you were told, but I would cut out the middle man completely and actually get it from the company that manufactures it

Unfortunately for these customers that I know, they have invested money and time buying these machines from aitalmac and they are really disappointed. One customer that I know has waited weeks for customer support for the bearings on the Y axis that failed within few weeks after the installation. I got to know another customer that had the same issue plus the bridge saw was not cutting straight, the digital gauge showed a warp of 1.5mm on 30 inches in lenght. The price could be attractive but you pay dire consequences buying from this supplier

Unless you know who she has been kissing, you are threatened by what the outcome might be.

When you buy used, do you expect the manufacturer to put you into first position for service?

AitalMACs KT38 is the machine that i bought a year and a half ago, but when I bought it it had been rebranded as the Vision3 by Eagle Rock out of Phoenix AZ... She runs all day every day. misgrabs 1 out of 50 tools for unknown reason, her z screw motor is starting to make a clicking noise. I replaced the bearings on the spindle about 6 months ago. My experience has not been without complaint. Paid $127k for her brand new. You get what you pay for. Service out of China(Luca Toniolo) has been good.
