Book keeping/Accountant Referral Request

Hi there,
Does anyone have a good, trustworthy book keeper/accountant that knows the industry and is good to grow with us as we grow? We are still in our first year of business so we need some major help, esp. with tax prep, but we don't want to use a big expensive firm.

We used to be with a national firm and one of the partners went out on his own. We followed him...so we have the experience of a national firm with the feel of a local firm.
