I own a Eagle Rock Eagle Eye tool setter, recently this product was purchased and rebranded by LPI as the Clear Cut tool setter. I need a new tablet, the one eagle Rock sold me was junk and broke and was replaced multiple times. Im wondering what LPI is offering those people who purchased this tool setter prior to their acquisition of it. I never received any email from LPI or from Eagle Rock. Eagle Rock left me high and dry with my cnc router so no surprise there. I would like to train my router operator to use this tool setter to set and to maintain my tools but I need some help from LPI. Can I get the tablet replaced with LPI software on it and get support from LPI on the machine so I can use it again? I spent ALOT of $$ on what is currently a big yellow paper weight.

Please call me at your convenience and I'm happy to help. Clearcut is a product that is under the responsibility of LPE Group N.A. which is our new company in the US.
I do not normally monitor the site very frequently and so I didn't see this until just now.
