Has anyone worked with the Cobalm Idea Top 2010 .What is like for reliability ,user friendly etc
Has anyone worked with the Ghines Sysmatic What is it like for reliability ,user friendly etc
Any other CNC Work Station suggestions

A Ghines Gmatic3000 will be installed soon in Ireland and one unit has been supplied to the UK where the commissioning will be done in Feb'2020. Another Gmatic3000 will be shipped to Canada in Feb'2020 and in Mar'2020 to the States in VA. Have a look at the new Sysmatic Evo, it will be installed in Germany by mid March.

We are a small fab shop in the USA. Family stone biz since 1893.
We own 2 Ghines Systematica sink routers. I believe the first 2 in the USA. They are very efficient at cutting great sink holes. They lack the ability to adjust easily for polishing.

We are currently looking to buy a small fully automated cnc sink machine from CMS Brembana. Prussiani has a similar model. These 2 machines will cut and polish, fully automated.

When we bought the Ghines machines, they were state of the art in that sector. This is no longer the case. The build are slight. Design suggestions fell on deaf ears.

For only cutting, the Ghines machine will work well.
For fabrication,buy a CMS or Prussiani, well worth the extra money.

We are looking for any feedback from fabricators and trades people using and working these types of machinery
Line polishers , Bridge Saws , Routers, CNC equipment, Handling , etc
We are primarily Quartz fabricators and want to improve our efficiency and productivity in our sector and if this means investing in better equipment so be it .
