Log in issues

Anybody else have log in issues? I’ve been noticing this lately that I’ll enter my user name and password on the main homepage. It will tell me invalid username/password and redirect me to the actual log in page. I enter the exact same log in info there and it signs me in. It’s been doing this for quite some time now. Thought it was my phone but I just got a new one. Just a heads up in case it’s not just me.

I’m sorry to say we know and it’s happening to all of us.
We are ignoring it pretty much because we are focusing on the new website rollout coming soon.
I know, hurry up and wait right?

We just click through the login page again just like you did. It appears to be with an authentication token that is not set properly before the next webpage call is made.

It is like coming to your favorite speakeasy, knocking [1st Login Attempt], the little flap opens and the door guard says, "Oh Hey! Come on in" and then waiting for the door to be opened [2nd Login Attempt] before coming in.

We're getting real close to launching the new site. It is completely different and should fix most of these problems while creating a bunch of new ones.

had a similar experience switching from tape measure field measures to LT55.
