Trash hole

I thought this was pretty cool! Customer asked for a trash hole beside her farmhouse sink.

I put felt feet on bottom so it could be slide around.(cause its honed AB)

How did you do that??????? I guess that is two different parts and not the plug from a waterjet cutout.

two hands, a grinder, a 5" core bit, 4" pads, drum pol. pads, cup wheel. Took about 1 1/2 hours

its easy on a fab center just use a finger bit to cut the rabbit just like a flush mount cook top and make the small part by hand

Nice! We do lots of trash holes. I can't say I ever thought of making the cover.

Make a few more covers now and put them up when she calls...

Believe it or not you can actually make about anything without a CNC or a waterjet :shock: . I know, that sounds crazy, right :lol: In 10 years fabrication skills will be all but gone.
