Our Bridge Saw tables are poured Portland Cement with Marble Chip aggregate. Cutting into the table 1/8" helps keep the diamonds exposed and the blade cutting true. However, the table must be top-coated each Friday. We trowel on a skim coat mixture of wet Portland Cement with Silica Sand to close up all the sawcuts and then re-plane the table.

We used to add a little Jiff-Set floor leveler to speed up the drying time.
